Customerch provides a product personalization platform that integrates with Shopify stores and print-on-demand fulfillment providers. Our service allows your customers to customize products with text, images, maps, and other personalization features.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Shopify store
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Subscription and Payments
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Additional charges for orders exceeding your plan's included orders
5. Free Plan
We offer a free plan with 20 personalized orders per month. To access additional orders or premium features, you must subscribe to a paid plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Customerch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service is designed to work with third-party POD services such as Printful, Printify, and Gelato. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customerch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service.
