When a customer places an order with a personalized product, we automatically generate high-resolution, print-ready files. You can download them directly from your dashboard. Direct integrations with POD providers are coming soon.
We're building direct integrations with Printful, Printify, and Gelato. In the meantime, you can download print-ready files from your dashboard and upload them to any POD provider manually.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or hidden fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't believe in locking merchants into long-term contracts.
On the Free plan, you'll need to upgrade to the Paid plan to process more orders. On the Paid plan, extra orders are billed at tiered rates: $0.40/order for orders 101-1,000, $0.20/order for 1,001-10,000, and $0.10/order for 10,001+. You'll never be cut off - your store keeps running smoothly.
